Objective: To evaluate the changes of the levels of Paraoxonase(PON)activity, Malondialdehyde(MDA) and Circulating endothelial cells(CEC) in the serum of the patients with preeclampsia and then evaluate the changes of the levels of PON activity correlate to pathogenesis and the degree of severity of preeclampsia. Measurement of PON activity may contribute to diagnosis, prevention of resistant oxidation, the monitoring and cure of the degree of severity of preeclampsiaMethods:1.The study subject: 50 pregnant women who had prenatal examined and delivered in Obstetrics of the Hebei Provincial People Hospital were selected from December 2004 to October 2005. The weeks of gestation of them was over 36 and their babies are living.2.The groups and diagnosis criteria: (1) The study group: 30 patients with preeclampsia were selected in the study. 15 patients with severe preeclampsia and 15 patients with mild preeclampsia were involved in the study. Diagnosis criteria of severe preeclampsia were as follow: blood pressure≥160/110mmHg;proteinuria≥2.0g/24 hour or proteinuria of ++ ; serum creatinine>106μmol/L ; platelet...
