| Objective: The aim of this report is to enhance the achievement ratio of operations through analyzing causes of early death in patients after the intracardiac operations under direct vision. Methods: A retrospective study was carried out in 1113 patients after open heart operation from 2, 2002 to 5, 2005.Results: There are 26 patients died early after the operation, the mortality is 2.3%. Of the total died patients ,there are 12 patients died of low cardiac output syndrome, the proportion is 46.2%; 5 of ventricular fibrillation and cardiac arrest, proportion 19.2%; 2 of renal failure, proportion 7.7%; 2 of the cerebral embolism, proportion 7.7%; 2 of laryngismus, proportion 7.7%; 1 of MOS,proportion 3.8%.Conclusion: Heart complications are major causes of death after open heart operations. To strengthen perioperative myocardial preservation is important to enhance the achievement ratio of the operations on hearts. |
