Objective: To explore the relationship between plasma high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) P-selectin(Ps) expression on the Platelet and the Severity Stability of Coronary Artery Disease. Methods: 106 patients with coronary angiography were included in the study. Among them, 59 male patients who were 32-80(59.4±9.22) years old, 47 female patients who were 43-73 (57.8±9.46) years old, they were divided into acute myocardial infarction(AMI), unstable angina(UA), stable angina(SA) and control groups according to WHO diagnostic standard. The severity scale of coronary artery stenosis was quantatively assessed according to coronary angiography by Gensini score, so the patients were subdivided into <20 score group, 21-40 score group, > 40 score group and normal group. At the same time according to angiography there were single branch with lesion group, double branches with lesion group and multiple branches with lesion group. The plasma hs-CRP and Ps were determined by particle enhanced immune turbid metric assay and using flow cytometry. After the influences from other risk factors of coronary artery disease were controlled by statistic method, the relationship between plasma hs-CRP Ps and the severity stability of Coronary Artery Disease was analyzed. Results: The levels of hs-CRP, Ps in AMI and UA groups were higher than SA and control groups; The levels of hs-CRP, Ps in higher score and mutiple, double branches with...
