| Objective: To evaluated the clinical results of microsurgical treatment of dural arteriovenous istulas (DAVF).Methods: 10 patients with DAVF were treated consecutively between 2000 and 2006.All patients (8 males and 2 females)were managed by direct icrosurgery. Mean follow up period was 22.6 months with a range of 2—50 months. Result: Postoperative angiography of 4 cases revealed the complete disappearance of the AVF. 7 cases were asymptomatic, 1 case clinical improved, 1 nonimproved and 1 died. Conclusion:DAVF can be treated effectively by microsurgery.
