Objective: To establish models of morphine dependence monkey, observe thedifference of withdrawal symptoms after gamma knife iatreusised to accumbens nucleus, then understand changes of D3R in accumbens nucleus, hippocampus, cingulategyrus and Cortex of frontal lobe. Method: Three 4-10 years old maca mulattas were divided into two groups, iatreusisgroup(A,two) and control group(B,one). Imitated Seevers'method to establish models of morphine dependence monkey, withdrawal was 60 days and observed withdrawal symptoms, ranked and scored, continued 6 days twice a day.A group's accumbens nucleus were cured by gamma knife under vein anesthesia, scored 6 days twice a day.controled with B group after two days. Scored again 60 days.three monkeys were perfused by 4% paraform, observed changes of D3R in ccumbens nucleus, hippocampus, cmgulategyrus and Cortex of frontal lobe through immunohistochemistry. And observed D3R of normal monkey brain sample, moreover A group was controlled with B group. Results: Founded successfully experimental models of depended morphine monkey, abstinent symptom was typical, morphine was few relatively by using, addiction was faster, monkeys were safe. Abstinent symptom of A group treated by gamma knife was eliminated notablely (P<0.001) .The changes of B group were little (P=0.31) contemporaneity, the abstinent symptom of A group was decreased than B group's (P < 0.001) . The abstinent symptom of A group was eliminated basicly with B group(P<0.001) .Discoveed that the dopamine D3 receptor(D3R) expression of A group'sacumbens nucleus, hippocampus, cingulategyrus and Cortex of frontal lobe was larger...
