Objective To investigate the antibiotic resistance status and the distribution of the integron in Acinetobacter. Baumannii in Kunming. To discuss the relationship between drug resistance and the integron gene . Methods MIC tests were performed to detect the susceptibility of antimicrobial agents in the clinic Acinetobacter baumannii isolates. Detect the distribution and the type of the integron in Acinetobacter. Baumannii with PCR-RFLP. The effect of the integron on the bacteria antibiotic resistance was analyzed with the chi-square test. Result The sensitive rates of 60 strains olny to Impenem, Meropenem, Ampicillin/sulbactam , Cefopcrazone/ sulbactam ,and Levofloxacin were high, the rates were 95.0%, 93.3%, 80.0%, 91.7%, 90.0%, respectively. Ampicillin,Cefazolin,Cefuroxime and Cefuroxime axetil were all the inherent resistant antibiotic. PCR-RFLP was performed to detect distribution of the integron. The positive rate is 63.3%, and all the types are intI1,which was demonstrated with the necleotide sequences detection. The antibiotics resistance of the positive- integron Acinetobacter. baumanniis is higher than the negative ones(P<0.05).The mutidrug-resistant Acinetobact Baumannii positive rate of the positive- integron bacteria is also higher than the negative ones(P<0.05). Conclusion The resistant status of Acinetobact Baumannii from Kunming is severe. Besides the inherent resistant antibiotic such as Ampicillin, the 1st generation...
