Backgrounds and Aims: Chronic heart failure is one of the cardiovascular diseases that in recent years have undergone the greatest increase in incidence and prevalence, nearly a quarter of patients with other heart diseases would be involved into CHF ultimately, which seriously threatened the quality and safety of human life, but now clinical studies accomplished couldn't make a consensus on their clinical and prognostic differences between HFPEF and HFDEF, and either couldn't make a therapeutic guideline for HFPEF.
