Polyhydramnios or oligohydraminios is a common complication of pregnancy and it increases the perinatal mortality and morbidity significantly. Because the mechanism of the amniotic fluid production and absorption is not fully elucidated, there are about 30%-50% abnormal amniotic fluid complications can not found the cause of disease in clinical and there are no good idea on therapy of abnormal amniotic fluid. In recent years, it is found that AQP can transport the mass of water molecul across cell membranes along osmotic pressure and facilitate permeability of cell membrane. Researches have been proved that AQP8 take part in the water transportation in chorion. Our experiments try to study the mechanism of AQP8 in amniotic fluid transportation across membranes, to explore AQP8 expression of dexamethasone and mifepristone in amnion, so as to provide some clues to develop new treatment for abnormal amniotic fluid. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | AQP8, human amniotic epithelial WISH cells, in vitro, dexamethasone, mifepristone, amniotic fluid volume | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
