| Objective:To investigate the protective effects of SEA0400 (2-[4-[(2,5- difluorophenyl)methoxy]-5-ethoxyaniline), a newly synthesized Na+/Ca2+ exchanger inhibitor ,on ischemia/reperfusion cardiomyocytes of isolated rat heart.Methods:Isolated cardiomyocytes were obtained from adult rat hearts by Langendorff perfusion and enzymatic dissociation, and randomly divided into three groups including normal group, ischemia/reperfusion injury group(I/R group) and SEA0400 intervention group. The normal group was incubated in normal condition for 60 minutes as a control group. The I/R group underwent ischemia for 30 minutes and reperfusion for 30 minutes respectively. SEA0400 intervention group included 3 subgroups with SEA0400 at different concentrations(0.1μmol/L,1μmol/L,10μmol/L), and then underwent ischemia for 30 minutes and reperfusion for 30 minutes.
