Background Rate of acute coronary syndrome (ACS ) originated by atherosclerosis stepped up increasing, badly harmed health of human. Research indicated that occurrence of ACS was intimately correlated with stability of plaque on AS. Statins had effect of stabilizing plaque, which could cut down cardiac incident rate , but its side reaction limited it clinic using. Curcumine was drug with anticancer ,lipid-lowing and other extensive action, but its anti-AS effect was reported seldomly. Atherosclerosis model were established by high fat diet in this subject to observe express of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB), vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1)and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and evaluate Curcumine effect on that, so to approach anti-AS mechanisms of Curcumine.Part 1 Expression of NF-κB,VCAM-1 and VEGF in aorta of hyperlipemia rabbitsObjective To observe expression of NF-κB, VCAM-1 and VEGF...
