Abstract/Summary:
This experiment investigated the restraint effect function of Liu-shen-wan to S180 transplanted tumor in small rats and human MCF-7 cancer cells. This experiment researched the mechanism of antitumor action on antitumor angiopoiesis and acceleration action on the apoptosis of cancer cells with the method of immunohistochenistry and serum pharmacology. The research proved that Liu-shen-wan can not only kill the cancer cells directly, but also repress the expression of MVD,VEGF of the S180 tumor and the VEGF,MMP-9, P53 gene of the MCF-7 cells and induce the apoptosis of cancer cells. High concentration is more effective than the lower. Low concentration used together with DDP is the best. So Liu-shen-wan not only have the function of direct killing on malignant or cancer cells, but also accomplish the antitumor action by the way of antitumor angiopoiesis and acceleration action on the apoptosis of cancer cells,etc. Comibined with the DDP in using can get the better effect.
