The Norm Of Operation Of Reduction Of Hyperextension And External Fixation Treatment Of Compression Fracture Of Thoracolumbar Vertebrae

Objective:To study the clinical experiences objectively of reduction of hyperextension and external fixation treatment of compression fracture of thoracolumbar vertebrae and become the thorough operation norm text.Methods:84 patients were divided into two groups.One groups(42 cases)was treated by reduction by putting pillow,and the other(42 cases)was treated by reduction of hyperextension and external fixation.The reposition ratio,the curative effect and grade of the clinical symptom and style were noted and compared about all patients.Result:In the replacement ratio,the curative effect and grade of the clinical symptom and style,the group of treated by reduction of hyperextension and external fixation was superior to the group of treated by reduction by putting pillow.There was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of treated by reduction of hyperextension and external fixation is security,operation easy,wide adaptability and fine curative effect.The norm of operation is easy to the expansion.
