Objective:To analyze the relationship of chronic ischemic ST-segment depression detected by resting ECG and coronary artery disease, the relation of chronic ischemic ST-segment depression and organic heart disease. To discuss diagnostic value of chronic ischemic ST- segment depression to chronic coronary insufficient. To question those electrocardiographic diagnostic criteria of chronic coronary insufficient in some traditional electrocardiologic books .Methods:In this study,320 patients who were diagnosed as coronary artery disease initially for chest pain, excluding the patients with acute myocardial infarction. All patients underwent resting ECG, echocardiogram and selectively coronary angiography. To statistic the prevalence of coronary heart disease in patients with chronic ischemic ST-segment depression on resting ECG, and the positive rate of chronic ischemic ST-segment depression on resting ECG in patients with coronary heart disease, and the prevalence of organic heart disease in patients with chronic ischemic ST- segment depression on resting ECG. To analyze diagnostic value of chronic ischemic ST-segment depression to chronic coronary insufficient. To analyze the effect of the heart structural changes on chronic ischemic ST-segment changes on resting ECG, and the diagnostic value of chronic ischemic ST-segment changes on resting ECG to chronic...
