Objective:Through the treatment on acute hepatic injury in rats by some extractsof Rubus alceaefolius Poir(Polysacharides, flavonoids, alkaloids and saponins), finds some existed effective parts of Rubus alceaefolius Poir against hepatic injury and analysis its partial mechanism to lay a experimental foundation forthe new medicine development and its clinincal application .Material and Methods:1.The prepanation of extracts of Rubus alceaefolius Poir:Through polyaraide chromatography the flavonoids were obtained from 85% enthanol extraction and were detected by A1Cl3.HCl-Mg. The alkaloids were obtained from 80%enthanol extraction and detected by I2-KI.KBiI4 and carbazotic acid. Throughcentrifugation the polysacharides were obtained from water and detected by HPLC and UV. The suponins were obtained from diethyl ether n-butyl alcohol and were detected by Rosen-Heimer. 2. The treatment study:The rats ( ♂ 75-♀75,180-220g weight) were divided into four groups, the normal group, the model group, the control group and the treaded group, the normal groupwas induced by intraperitoneal injection with 0. 9%Nacl, the other groups wereinduced by intraperitoneal injection with 99. 5% carbon tetrachioride(CCL4). All rats were injected only one time . 24 hours later, all groups were treaded by infusing into stomach. The normal group was treated with 0. 9%Nacl and other groups...
