| Objective The study of toxicity of the Tetramethylenedisulfotetramine and therapeutic effects of drugs were observed on acute tetramine poisoning mice, and in order to find the mechanism of the TETS poison and screening some valuable therapeutic drug. Methods We observed the therapeutic effects of the drugs acting on GABA receptor, anti-cholinergic, anti-Gluergic and Na-DMPS by the time of eclampsia and death, and we mensurate the content of GABA and Glu at different points(10min, 2h, 4h, 8h)by immunohistochemistry technique. Results a. The CD99 and LD50 of unlawful TETS were 659mg/kg and 0.526mg/kg differently, we applied 0.53mg/kg and 0.68mg/kg for the next experiment; b. Each drug had some effect on the poisonous mice with the relation to dosage; the best of all is the traditional sedatives(drugs antagon of GABA ), other drugs can reduce complication; but every drug can't avoid the death absolutely, c.The content of GABA increasing gruaduately, get to max. at 4h and then decreased gruaduately; Group of Na-DMPS had no difference... |
