The pathogenesis of asthma is highly related with aeroallergen, airway inflammation, nervous factors, and airway remodeling run through the process of asthma. The notion of airway remodeling is that airway smooth muscle cell, fibroblasts and so on initiate a serious of changes following various stimulations at epithelial mesenchymal trophic unit. Airway remodeling resulted in pulmonary function attenuated gradually and brought a great difficulty in the treatment of asthma. To date the mechanism of airway remodeling is still obscure. Therefore, further studying the mechanisms of airway remodeling is of an important significance for comprehensively and deeply understanding the essence of asthma and treating asthma especially refractory asthma. This study consists of two parts. The first part is to evaluate the expression of cyclin D1 in asthmatic mice lung, and in combination with pulmonary function examination to explore the role of cyclin D1 in bronchial asthma and airway remodeling, in addition to detection of the expression of ERK and analysis the relevance between them, to further investigate the role of cyclin D1 in the development of asthma. The second part is to investigate the effect of leukotriene receptor antagonist...
