| BackgroundAttentions have been taken to the function of immune system in the patients underwent perioperative infection and marrow inhibition after long time anaesthesia and major surgical procedure. Severe tissue wound and stress responses are thought to be the important reasons of immune impression, but the effects of anaethesia and analgesics should not be ignored. The helper T-lymphatcyte (Th) cells are the important active immune cells, which promote the differentiation of Th1 to Th2. And the ratio of Thl to Th2 can impact the immune fuction. Some documents have demonstrated that morphine promotes the differentiation of ThO to Th2, but little about the effects of many anesthetic drugs, especially those used currently, on ThO cells have not been understand clearly. ObjectiveTo explore in vitro the effects of different concentration of sulfentanil or ketamine on the differentiation of T helper cells in vitro in adults. |
