Objective we aim to investigate mechanism of Pelvic Floor Dyfunction(PFD) in nulliparous childbearing women during the third trimester pregnancy and effect on restore of pelvic floor function via postpartum Extracorporeal Magnetic Innervation(ExMI).Methods 53 nulliparous childbearing women were recruited . On voluntary principle,We divided 53 women into two groups :the interfered group with 35 women were received ExMI at 5th weeks after delivery and the controlled group with 18 women were not received ExMI. The interfered group underwent a three-week course of twice weekly,20 minute sessions, stimulation at a frequency of 10Hz was applied for five seconds followed by five seconds rest for a total of ten minutes, primiparous women was given a two-minute rest period,a second ten-minute period then proceeded with 50Hz administered, again in five-second on/off cycles. Two groups both did pelvic floor exercise called"Kegel".The measure was pelvic organ prolapse quantification(POP-Q),perineal sonographic urodynamics, intravaginal pressure, levator Electromyogram. The measure was given at 38 gestational weeks~before threatened labor, within 1 week after interference to the interfered group and within7~9th week after delivery to the controlled group. The following paramerers : degree of POP,Valsalva leak point pressure(VLPP),Mobility of urethrovesical junction(UVJ-M),Functional urethral length(FUL),Maximal urethal closure pressure ( MUCP ),rest and contract intravaginal pressure and levator Electromyogram. Results 1,the main measure outcome of the third trimester pregnancy :(1) There were 27 nulliparous childbearing women with stress urinary incontinence(SUI) and 26 nulliparous childbearing women with urinary continence by Mario questionnaire.UVJ-M of the SUI group were obviously increased compared to the continence group(P<0.05),MUCP,FUL were not obvious difference between the two groups(Pï¹¥0.05),...
