Background and ObjectiveThere is a high incidence rate of the soft tissues injury in daily lives and sports, which produce pains that seriously affects the laboring capacity, sporting capacity and life quality of the patients. Some of the pains can become chronic pains which give rise to complicated emotion, psychological changes, autonomic nerve disorder and so on, and make the patients produce a kind of emotion to dislike the society. The restoring of soft tissues injury is a procedure related to hemostasis, blood coagulation and inflammation. Because of the inflammatory responses which is induced by a series of mediators of inflammation, fibroblast cells proliferate heavily and produce fibers which repairs the injury by penetrating and then produce experiential adhesion. The local experiential adhesion can form trigger point and ultimately cause pains. There are many methods of therapy for soft tissues injury. Currently nerve block and sectional injection with the glucocorticoid are widely used in clinic practice.
