Background and ObjectiveCerebrovascular diseases (CVD) are common disease and frequently encountered disease which seriously harm health of the people and its mutilation and fatality rate is higher. Accordingly the research of CVD has momentous social significance. At present, brain protection has become one of research hot spot. Since Kitagawa discovered the phenomenon of brain ischemic tolerance (BIT) in 1990, the study target of many scholars is that approach the mechanism of molecular biology about BIT and that discover new way of brain protection about it.Brain ischemic procondition (BIP) or BIT refers to that the brain could produce marked tolerance to lately the more time ischemic brain harm after one or multiple times transient brain ischemic reperfusion. It shows that the number of cerebral nerve cell death is obviously decreased and the volume of cerebral infarction is striking contracted and neurologic impairment is obviously lessened. At present, some researches have been found, After fatal cerebral ischemia or cerebral ischemic reperfusion, the content of blood plasm cortisol is striking stepped up and that may aggravate cerebral ischemic harm. Its mechanism could be the down regulation of Bcl-2 proteinum expression, up regulation of Bax proteinum expression, promoting Caspase-3...
