In recent years, dentist has paid more and more attention to diagnosis and treatment of nature tooth with cracked tooth syndrome. The occlusal morphology changing and occluding relation play a significance role in these study. But involving vitodynamics mechanism was not distinct yet. So, ours study expend from two aspectrone is about occlusion relation in patient with nature tooth with cracked tooth syndrome; another is theory empirical study of 3D finite element of mandibular first molar with occlusal force.Experiment 1 : To investigate the features of the natural tooth with CTS on its occlusion type. Methods: 79 CTS continued cases visiting Department Odontology of The Fourth Military Medical University during the year of 2004 ~ 2005 and 268 university student volunteers were included. Study cast were obtained for all 347 subjects involved and occlusion type were compared. Results: 1 , Distribution of teeth with CTS in CTS group: 23 maxilary first molar , 14 mandibular first molar , 12 maxilary second molar, 11 mandibular second molar, 8 maxilary first premolar, 7 maxilary second premolar, 1 mandibular frist premolar, mandibular second premolarN mandibular third molar and maxilary third molar respectively. 2, Compared between CTS group and US group:?The ratios of anterior deep over-bite, deep over-jet , distocclusion and the third molar cross-bite were higher in CTS group than those in US group(P<0. 05). ?The ratios of posterior lock-bite was lower in CTS group than those in US group(P<0. 05). Conclusion: The ratios of distocclusion , anterior over-jet, over-bite and the third molar cross-bite heighten markedly.Experiment 2: To investigate the features of the natural tooth with CTS on its tooth wear pattern. Tooth wear index were compared between...
