The materials used most generally were solid silicon rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene and autoallergic costal cartilage and others in augmentation rhinoplasty at present.The effection of autoallergic costal cartilage is the best among them, but its resource is limited, and it need another operation to gain. So if we can overcome the shortcomings, we will gain the viable material used in augmentation rhinoplasty.
