Human being trace have been spread all over world, including altiplano, high altitude, out space and blue water. The effect of environmental factors on human being healthy has been paid more attention. The acute altitude hypoxia and fulminating altitude hypoxia is one of the most harmful environmental factors for pilots. Pilots might suffer from hypoxia because of loss of cabin pressure, unfltness of mask or oxygen supply system malfunction, although there is fine oxygen system in modern flight. There are a lot of studies the effects of altitude hypoxia on human physiology function and also on visual system.
