ObjectiveIn this study, we quantitative determined the changes of Left Ventricular (LV) diastolic and systolic function, LV outflow tract pressure gradient of patients with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM)by non-invasive pulsed wave Doppler Techniques, their hemodynamic index and clinical symptoms changes by intravenous Betaloc, in order to observe the safety and acute effect of LV function by intravenous Betaloc in the patients with HCM.MethodsPatients Selection: 59 patients with HCM were selected and diagnosed by strict clinical and assisted examination. There were 33 cases of HOCM, the other 26 cases were HNCM.. Parenchymal diseases were removed in all the normal subjects by demanding history, physical examination, ECG, echocardiogram and so on.Equipment and Instrument: Color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus of PHILIPS-SONOS 7500 and ultrasound diagnostic technique were used, in order to estimate before and after ten minutes by intravenous Betaloc (5mg/5ml, to slowly inject at the speed of 1mg/min), the changes of LV function, LV outflow tract pressure gradient, and observe the changes of hemodynamic and clinical manifestations.
