Polysaccharide is one of the most affluent biopolymers existing in nature. As one of the compositions of the protoplasm, the botanic polysaccharides exist in the botanic cellwall extensively. Researches have shown that Polysaccharides play important roles in the regulatory of physiological functions, such as the deliver and reception of the information among immune cells, cell transformation, cell division, and cell regeneration.Polysaccharide in the herbal medicine can improve the immune response, which have many biologic activities, such as anti-tumor, anti-virus, anti-aging and so on, what's more, they showed fewer side effects and no direct cytotoxicity. The botanic polysaccharides was used as antigen to explore the regulatory effects on immune in the test. Methods: Angelica, Atractylodes macrocephala and Giant typhonium rhizome were selected in the Pharmacopeia ( 2005 Edith ) . The hydrosoluble polysaccharides were extracted by phytochemical methods. The amidulin polysaccharide was used as standard polysaccharide, and the polysaccharide Bacillus typhi was used as control of bacterial polysaccharide. The KM mice were adopted in the test, and they were injected by the antigens of polysaccharides, the corresponding antibodies to the special antigens and the crossed antibodies to other antigens were detected by ELISA method, then the the regulatory effects on immune of hydrosoluble polysaccharide in the herbal medicine were investigated. Results: The specific antibody of IgG to the hydrosoluble polysaccharide in the herbal medicine could be induced in mice.1. Detection of antibody...
