Premature rupture of membranes(PROM) is defined as the cause rupture that occurs prior to labour. PROM of term is that PROM occurs after the 37th week of pregnancy, and if it occurs before the 37th week of pregnancy (the 28th-37th week of pregnancy), it is called preterm PROM. PROM amniotic cavity and premature delivery are clinical syndrome which has a nearly correlation with infection. Its genesic rate is about 3.03%-21.9% of the delivery amounts, and it is the familiar pregnancy complication that effects the incidence and the mortality of perinantic period mothers and fetuses. When PROM complicated with chorion amniotis, if there are obvious sysmptoms and signs, clinical diagnosis is not difficult, including lying-in women temperature rises, pulse quickers, WBC rises, fetal heart rate quickers, uterns tenderce, amniotic fluid has an odour, and so on . But most pregnant women have no clinical symptoms, and we have no corresponding detected indexes to diagnose and forecast. Maybe it is discovered until it occurs clinical chorion amniotis, and there is a serious complication to pregnant women, lying-in women and neonatal.
