Objective: We discuss the different methods and selections of guiding catheter in the CHD interventional therapy between transfemoral artery and transradial artery.Method:We draw out randomly 200 patients who were cured successfully transfemoral artery(TFA) and 200 others transradial artery(TRA) in the interventional therapy, and we draw a conclusion that the connection between the types of catheters and the styles of the left and right coronary artery disease.Result:1. The types of the guiding catheter are different between TFA and TRA in the left coronary angiography. We found almost all of the patients were accessed by Judkins catheters in the transfemoral artery and transradial artery.many kinds of catheters can be used in the transradial artery.2. The JR4.0 guiding catheter is the best selection in the TFA and TRA in the right coronary angiography ,and at the same time, we can select the TR4.0,AL in TRA.3. The JL4.0 and JR4.0 are used totally through the femoral artery in both the right coronary angiography and the left. But 20% of all the patients cured through the radial artery are used both of them. At the same time, 39% of all patients are only used the TR4.0 orAL1. In the interventional therapy of the left coronary artery, the JL4.0 are firstly used whatever the type of the coronary artery lesions in TFA; but in TRA ,the JL4.0,JL3.5,AL1 and TR4.0 guiding catheters are the mainly used in the horizontal takeoffs ;the AL1 are the top one when that is inferior;...
