Objective: To analyze the relationship of the ECG characteristics of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) with the result of coronary angiography, in order to offer some reference for clinician prognosticating the severity of ACS and choosing the best therapy as soon as possible. Methods: 87 patients who were diagnosed of ACS and performed coronary angiography (CAG) are regarded as study objects. Male 62 cases, female 25 cases, average 59.86±11.21 years old. Based on angiography findings, our definition of the extent of coronary artery stenosis is: no stenosis: diameter of vessel decreased less than 50%; mild stenosis : 50%-75%; moderate stenosis: 75%-90%; severe stenosis: 90%-99%; and total occlusion: 100%. Location of coronary lesions is : LM, LAD, RCA, LCX. The number of coronary lesion is single-vessel stenosis, two-vessel stenosis and several-vessel stenosis. Results: The criminal vessel of anterior wall, extensive anterior wall and lateral wall is LAD; the criminal vessel of lateral wall is LCX besides LAD; the main criminal vessel of inferior wall is RCA, few is LCX, and very few is LAD. And the criminal vessel of inferior wall and right ventricle is RCA. NSTEMI is mainly two-vessel or several-vessel lesions and severe stenosis. LM lesion is found in the group of extensive ST-segment depression. ST-segment change of UA is various, cases with ST-segment depression and ST-segment without obvious change is more. In UA with normal ECG, two-vessel and several-vessel stenosis are often found.
