Objective: To study effects of acute normovolemic hemodilution onhemodynamics, hemorrheology, oxgen transport and consumption during operation but not heart operation on coronary heart disease patients. Methods : Fourty-eight Coronary heart disease patients of sexes (25 male, 23female) ,aged 40-73 yr ,weighing50-80kg undergoing elective operations were randomly divided into 2 groups with 24 patients in each group: ANH group(A) and control group(B). Right internal jugular vein was cannulated with 7F swan-Ganz floating cannula for CVP PAP PCWPmonitoring and blood sampling. Radial artery was cannulated for blood pressure monitoring and blood gas analysis. Femoral vein was cannulated for blood sampling and fluid infusion. Blood (10-12ml/kg) was removed from elbow vein in ANH group and normovolemia was maintained by simultaneous infusion of 6% HEAS. ECG BP CVP were continuously monitored throughout the operation.Radial arterial pulmonic artery and femoral venous blood samples were taken for blood analysis before and after ANH.Results: There were no significant changes in HR MAP MPAP PCWPand CVP after ANH. And there were no significant difference in parameters of blood gas analysis between two groups.CO and CI increase after ANH,TVR and PVR decrease after...
