Objective: By studying anatomically the surrounding of the sacroiliac joint ofthe pelvic specimens,to develop a changeable aiming device to guide iliosacral screws insertion of sacroiliac joint. Methods: 1. The anatomical measurement of ossis cadaveric pelvic specimens:To locate the junction point, external fringe and inferior fringe crossed, closed to the cortex for superior articular process of S1. To measure morphologically for 15 ossis cadaveric pelvic specimens from adult.X①.the transverse length of the S1 vertebral body,X②.the saggital length of the S1 vertebral body,X①.the transverse length of sacral vertebal canal,X④.the saggital length of sacral vertebal canal,X⑤.the distance from the location to the anterior edge of the sacropromontory,X⑥.the distance from the location to the posterior edge of S1 vertebral body,X⑦.the distance from the location to the posterior median line,X⑧.the distance from the location to the superior fringe of the first foramina sacralia posteriora,X⑨.the length from the external fringe of the iliac wing to the middle of the S1 vertebral body through the axis of the S1 pediculus arcus vertebrae,X⑩.the angle between the axis of the S1 pediculus arcus vertebrae and the posterior median line;2.Computer tomography scan the ossis cadaveric pelvic specimens:Place the pelvic specimens on the CT bed with standard prone position, scan horizontally with slice through the plane of the superior edge of the S1 vertebral body, the plane of the opening of the sacral vertebal canal, the plane of the locations, the plane of the axis of the S1 pediculus arcus vertebrae, scan frontally with slice through the locations. To measure the data of C①.the transverse length of the S1 vertebral body,C②.the saggital length of the S1 vertebral body,C③.the transverse length of sacral vertebal canal,C④.the saggital length of sacral vertebal canal,C ⑤ .the distance from the location to the anterior edge of the sacropromontory,C⑥.the distance from the location to the posterior edge of S1...
