The Research Of Zi Qian Capsule Affects On The Bleeding Time And Megakaryocyte Of Mice Model With ITP

Objective:Observe the change of peripheral blood cells different indexes after the treatment of Zi Qian Capsule to clarify the pharacodynamia of Zi Qian Capsule in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP).Methods:Use the method of immune model through inject guinea-pig APS, build the BALA/C mice model of immune thrombocytopenic purpura ,use the model of immune platelet mice with Zi Qian Capsule on experimental study ,and use the model control on Prednisone and platelet -increased Capsule ,observing the change of the spirit of mice, the peripheral of blood cells, bleeding time, the granule megakaryocyte of mice model after treatment.Results:â‘ The spirit of mice is better on the groups with drug than the group without drug .The addition on taking food and action, but decrease the bleeding time.â‘¡The Zi Qian capsule can increase platelet count , erythrocyte and hemoglobin of mice model, Especially the higher dosage group of Zi Qian capsule,These results are obviously different from the control group. (3) Zi Qian capsule can decrease the bleeding time. Especially the higher dosage group of Zi Qian capsule can obviously decrease the bleeding time. It is obviously different from the control group, the control group with using prednisone and elevation platelet capsule. â‘£After the treatment of Zi Qian capsule, the granule megakaryocyte of mice model obviously decreases and the megakaryocyte of producing platelet obviously increases. There are obviously different from control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:? It has been demonstrated experimentally that the model of ITP mice copied successfully through immune method.?The Zi Qian capsule can increase platelet count and the granule megakaryocyte of mice model, decrease the bleeding time.These testify the Zi Qian capsule obtain better curative effect on animal model.
