Objectie:Importance has been attached to renal interstitial fibrosis (RIF) in nephrology recently.Lots of clinical and experimental research shows,RIF has more relevance to renal function than glomerulorsclerosis to that,so it could show the decline of renal function and prognosis of kidney disease.RIF attaches more importance to people little by little.Research shows that turn growth factor1(TGF-β1) expression more, microphage infiltration, collagen I,collagen II and fibronection(FN) accumulation could be seen in RIF,so RIF can be seen as the result more interstitial synthesis and less interstitial degradation.Learners think RIF has three steps:inducement ,aggradation and fadeaway.Inducement can be observed the microphage activation, cytokine release, immuno cells expansion, myofibroblast proliferation and epidermic cells activation.Aggradation is the develolment of that, shows the synthesis, secretion and sediment of FN,collagen I,collagen II.As the disappearance of inflammation or limit of interstitial synthesis, interstitial goed into the fadeaway. It's not difficult to see that cytokine and renal interstitial cells play a important role in RIF and recent study shows that too.Leflunomid is a immunosuppressant agent. It inhibits lymphocyte function by...
