Objective: Laryngeal squamous carcinoma originated from epidthelium typically, when the epidthelium is being malignant, langerhans cell take the antigen of the tumor, transfer it to T lymphocyte ,activate T lymphocyte and make it secrete lymphoid molecule, and induce anti-tumor immunity. The activation of T cell needs bisignal, one is provided by the compound of TCR combined MHC, the other is provided by co-stimulated molecule on the APC and the corresponding ligands on T cells. If the co-stimulated molecule is absent, T lymphocyte will be unresponsive or it will undergo apoptosis, the body will not form strongly anti-tumor immunity, we can confer that the co-stimulated molecule play an crucial role in the anti-tumor immunity.CD137 is a member of tumor necrosis factor (TNFR) super family and CD137L is one member of tumor necrosis factor (TNR) family. CD137/ CD137L is a couple of important co-stimulated molecule. The interaction of 4-1BB/4-IBBL exhibits a critical role in the regulation of immune response, including T cells,B lymphocyte, monocyte activated, differentiated, proliferated, survival...
