Objective: To observe the effects of acute normovolemic hemodilution with HES200/0.5(HAES-steril), HES130/0.4 (Vo -luven), Polygeline Injection on IL-6 ,neutrophil apoptosis and Inflammatory reaction in patients undergoing esophageal carcinoma surgery. Methods: Forty-five ASAⅠ-Ⅱpatients(male 35, female 10) were included, without coagulation disorder and disturbance of electrolyte equilibrium, without endocrine, immunity disease, without radiotherapy, chems, and using refrained immunity medicine, without identify infection and abnormality hemorrhage recently, aged 50~65years, weight 50~80kg, Hb>11.0g/l Hct>0.35. undergoing esophageal carcinoma surgery. Forty-five patients were randomly divided into three groups: group H: HAES-steril AHH(n=15), group W: Voluven AHH (n=15), group J: Polygeline Injection AHH(n=15). The patients were premedicated with Atropine 0.01mg/kg and midazolam 0.06mg/kg. In both groups compound sodium lactated solution 10ml/kg was infused to compensate for preoperation fluid restriction after midnight.
