To establish elements for Tiantan Stroke Registry and provide a basis for future studies. Use the collecting data of Spontanous Intracerebral Hemorrhage (SICH) to find out independent prognostic factors that predicting 30-day outcome after ICH and then build a model or a ICH score to predicte short-term outcome. Using the data from another group of patients to evaluate the discriminatory power of models or ICH score. To find a better method that identifying the early outcome after intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: After analyzing and summarizing some of other important foreign stroke data bank, a primary elements list was built. A multidisciplinary panel (included neurologist, statistics expert and nurse) from Beijing Tiantan Hospital was organized to determine the final list and recommend key data elements. Agreement was reached among all participants before an element was added to the list. Every elements in final list shoud be defined clearly and be collected easily. Then design the database by using Microsoft Access 2003.Patients admitted to Tiantan hospital with acute ICH form... | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Stroke data bank, Stroke registry, Intracerebral hemorrhage, prognosis, outcome | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
