Objective: In the immunological study, pregnancy is an allotransplantation phenomenon, rejection of implant would result in abortion. In normal pregnancy procedure, embryo as a sort of semi-alloantigen wouldn't be rejected by maternal immune system because of the maternal immune balance. Recurrent spontaneous abortion is a common complication of pregnancy, occurring in 1.0% of all population births, occurring in 15% of all habitual abortions. The etiological factor of RSA involves hereditary, anatomy, embryo deformity and infection, et al. But there are 40-60% patients whose etiological factor can't be explained, named unexplained RSA (uRSA). The study of recent years indicated that human natural killer cell (NK cell) play an important role in body's immunal regulation. There are consanguineous relationship between function of NK cell and RSA. The aim of our study is to investigate the changes and correlation of peripheral blood NK cell surface antigen CD94,CD56 and NK cell regulator factor IL-15 levels in women with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion. We try to find out the role CD94,CD56 and IL-15 play in uRSA.Methods: The patients were selected from the outpatients...
