Objective: The laryngeal carcinoma is one of the most common tumors in the otolaryngology. For the past few years, its morbility has got raised up. But the survival rates couldn't increase by conventional therapy. It has become special focus to investigate the oncogensis, developing, metastasis and management of the tumor from the molecule level. The NF-κB is a kind of protein molecule and exists in the cells extensively. It has many biological character and participates the transcriptional control of some genes and regulating apoptosis and blastisation of cells, so playing important role in many tumorigenesis and development, its activity be containment by IκB protein. The researches have confirmed that the COX-2 protein has the high expression in various tumors, and also has the important function in the genesis and progress of the tumor, but its high expression has close relation with the NF-κB protein continuously activation. There have been the reports that the NF-κB protein adjusted the expression of the COX-2 through combining with the especial sub-district of the DNA sequence of gene COX-2, then promoting the blood vessel hyperplasy and strengthenning the invasion and diversion of tumor. In our...
