Objective: Cancer is a serious disease threatening human health. Chinese compound medicine has become one of the new research focuses on therapy and adjuvant treatment of tumor, because it has such advantages as multiple pathways, multi-targets and low side effect. As the development of tumor is closely con-elated with the angiogenesis of tumor, the effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on the angiogenesis of tumor has been an important aspect in anti-tumor research. The angiogenesis of tumor in vivo treated by TCM is a dynamic course affected by two aspects including the aspect that promotes the angiogenesis of tumor and the aspect that inhibits the angiogenesis of tumor, so the dynamic study of the factors correlated with angiogenesis of tumor is more beneficial to reveal the mechanism of TCM against tumor, but few study is reported on the aspect in domestic and foreign. Chinese compound medicine YILIUYIN (abbreviation YLY ) was formed according to traditional Chinese medical science ( TCMS ) theory against tumor, and mainly contained astragalus, codonopsis pilosula, coriolus versicolor, notoginseng, agrimony, eclipta, leatherleaf milletia, herba...
