ObjectiveAccording to the famous professor in Chinese medicine, Jiao Shude' s theories of Shenxuhanning, this thesis studies the adoption of Bushenquhanzhiwang herbal medicine in restoring rheumatoid arthritis (RA), evaluates the curative effects before and after treatments referring to the clinical and laboratory examination index sign, and explores the mechanism that Bushenquhanzhiwang herbal medicine works on the changes of bone substances of rheumatoid arthritis, from the perspective of molecular biology referring to OPG/RANKL/RANK signal transferring system.
