The treatment of deep-partial thickness burn wound is a difficult problem in clinic. Now puffing and spreading growth factors onto wound in domestic or abroad has been faced with a few of difficult problem in clinical daily work.Directly transferring gene into wound can make growth factors continue expression and is rational theoretically,.But there are many problems in transgene means, especially considering the very low level of gene expression. By means of gene optimization , we have constructed human bFGF and KGF high-efficient eukaryotic expression vector in this experiment and they are transfered into cultural 293T cell to express;Preliminary research indicates its expression competence is obviously higher than the natural gene.
