With the deeper of market economy and the medical system reform, the health care industry of China has got further development. In 2000, the State Council issued the file, which allowed private enterprises including foreign companies to invest in the area of medical industry. This enormous cake of medical market has attracted investors' great interest.Hunan Want Want Hospital, invested by Want Want Group Singapore, locating at Changsha, Hunan,was just established in such kind of background. Facing the fierce competition comes from the domestic medical industry, especially those general hospitals of Changsha city, and the situation that domestic medical care worsens day by day, Want Want Hospital is in a situation full of precious opportunities as well as great challenges. Want Want Hospital should possess good competitiveness to survive and develop in Hunan medical market.As highly intensive talent and fund is a main characteristic of hospital, how to promote the compitiveness of human resource become very important.Human resource positioning is regarded as the primary factor and key point of the management of hospital. Carrying on reasonable and scientific human resource positioning can full play the mechanism advantage of Want Want Hospital to promote the efficiency of it. It plays very important function to the existence and development of Want Want Hospital.Because of affecting by history and reality, state-owned hospitals have problems in human resource positioning at present stage, but we also couldn't copy the advanced mode of the developed countries limited by the reality of China's actual situation. Through introducing the history and evolution of human resources positioning of general hospitals of China, learning from the advanced mode of human resources positioning of hospitals abroad and in Taiwan district, using the theory of human resource positioning, analyzing problems of human resource positioning in state-owned general hospitals of Hunan Province, I designed a new, improved, and executable human resource positioning mode of Want Want Hospital and studied the system and regulation which support it.
