Objective: Stress ulcer is the acute gastric hurt under serious circumstances, it is the common complication with some severe disease.the mechanism of this disease is unknown completely now. bile reflux may be one of the reason leading to this disease.according to the recent survey, the hormon could be changed greatly under the different stress stimulation, at same time the hormon could have greatly influence on bile secretion, but it is unknown whether the hormon have influence on bile secretion under the stress. so the aim of this study is to investigate the possible of effects of traumatic stress on bile flow, Motile, GAS and Glucogan in plasma and their relationship in order to investigate the mechanism of bile reflux of stress ulcer. Methods: count bile flow by bile duct intubatton, the stress model were made by fracturing the hind legs of rabbits. Bile flow, MOT, GAS and Glucogan in plasma was recorded before and after stress. Results: Bile flow of rabbits, MOT, GAS and Glucogan in plasma increased after stress, MOT (895.741 ±128.926, 972.451±189.394 p<0.01); GAS (823.649±158.056, 938.817±150.580 p<0.01); Glucogan (106.309±35.419, 202.022±60.716 p<0.01). the change of bile flow accorded with increasing of hormone. Conclusions: traumatic stress could enhance the bile flow of rabbits, the change of hormone is a possible reason that affects bile secretion and eduction. because of gastric eduction handicap and pylori dysfunction at stress, the increasing of bile flow could accelerate bile reflux to the stomatch and developing stress ulcer...
