After 8 weeks,the rats in exercing group were given exercing with oxygen as swimming,Other rats's feed didn's alter. The body weight .fasting blood sugar and plasma insulin of all rats in the different phase,After 4 weeks,All rats were put them to death after 15 minutes when injected with regular insulin (10 unites per kilogram weight) into abdominal cavity,The liver of rats were isolated and weighed them.Proten kinase B expression was measued by western blot analysing.Results (1) The rats fed with continuous high fat diet had a great increase in visceral fat mass and displayed obvious visceral obesity.Its fasting blood sugar increased slightly and plasma insulin increased significantly ,succeeding in forming insulin resistence rats by giving high grease,insulin sensitivity index of the rats by giving high grease drops (t =5.307, P<0.001) (2 )PKB expression of liver which lying in mode group is less than that of comparission rats and lessen by 19.1%(7.34± 0.19 vs 8.97 ±0.20, / = 9.335, /><0.001), Expression of PKB which exists liver by giving excising increases 19.5%(7.63±0.18 vs7.34 + 0.19, /= 4.263, P<0.001)Conclusions Exercising that has oxygen can correct insulin resistence , There may be relationship between expression of PKB in liver cells and insulin resistence.
