Objective: To explore infection rates of UU and CT, and their effect on bad pregnancy outcomes. Methods: Cervix secretion and amniotic fluid paired-samples were detected by PCR. Pregnant women fasting serum and umbilical artery serum paired-samples were detected by protein chip. Neonatal eye secretion was detected by PCR.Results: UU and CT of cervix secretion positive rates were 37.93% and 5.17% respectively, while those of amniotic fluid were 8.62 %, 4.31% respectively, and the transmitted intrauterine infection rate was about 27.66%. Those of pregnant women fasting serum were 38.14% and 14.66%, and umbilical artery serum were 19.83% and 6.90%, neonatal eye secretion was only five positive cases, and the positive rate was 4.31%. Blood transmitted infection rate was about 50.98%. Pregnant women of UU or CT positive premature rupture of membranes (PROM), fetal distress, and neonatal conjunctivitis were significantly higher than those of UU and CT negative pregnant women(P < 0.05).Conclusions: The infections of UU and CT on delivery term women were irrespective of age, pregnant weeks and delivery times. UU and CT infections of delivery term pregnant women were correlated with PROM, fetal distress. CT infections of delivery term pregnant women were correlated with neonatal conjunctivitis. UU CT protein chip was a new good detecting method.
