Studies On The Relationship Between The Xibei Zaozheng Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And The Characteristic Of Temperament

Objective :The modern theory of temperament has rather developed but it is not still carry out in Xingjiang.My subject investigate the epidemioiogical prevalence survey dn the Xibei Zaozheng of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), meanwile we survey the theory of temperament.We hope to know if the person's temperament is related to the liability of Xibei Zaozheng. Methods: The subject was based on the basic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and applied the questionnaire with the epidemic cross-section survey: l)the temperament' questionnaire are all used the Test of temperament according to the Chinese rating scale of temperament. 2) Applying methods of epidemiology and using the questionnaire of the Xibei Zaozheng ,we inquire in Hetian,Xinjiang province with stratified randomization and group sampling. Result: 1)The people of Xibei Zaozheng are different: they have less in choleric temperament(7.96/21.3) but have more in phlegmatic temperament(38.9/22.4) than the contrary. The rest temperament is no difference . 2) OR between Xibei Zaozheng of TCM and choleric temperaments sanguine temperament is 0.4381,' 2.4396, rs=-0.2925 , 0.5328 accordingly,wicher has stastics mean. 3)The relationship between the heavity of Xibei Zaozheng'marks and the grades of the temperament showed: the Xibei Zaozheng is positive to the choleric temperament but negtive to the phlegmatic temperament.4)Through the control test in two group, Hans-race' choleric temperament and phlegmatic temperament is higher Uighers'. Conclusion:1)The people of Xibei Zaozheng have the special. 2 )The difference of the temperament may be affected on the liability of Xibei Zaozheng. 3)There is distinct difference in temperament between the Uihgers and the hans.Perharps it is one of the reasons that the Uighers have less victims of Xibei Zaozheng.
