Combine laboratorydetection method , determine seminal fluid active oxygen material ,antispermatozoal antibody , prostate-specific antigen in seminal plasma , lactatedehydrogenase, the content of the sex gland excrete, ,etc., approach the relevantfactors of influencing sperm motion characteristic . This research offers theexperiment basis for the fact that the cause of disease of the infertility isdistinguished and diagnosed and treated.Methods seminal fluid sample of infertility group of this text comes fromevery clinical hospital of university of Jilin , the age is among 24-40 years old,mean age is 32 years old, have not taken any contraceptive for more than 2 yearsafter marriage, there is no person who bears history. Improve seminal fluid quality, can improve malefertility;③Such factors as the content of biochemical index of seminal fluidhave direct or indirect influence on move to the sperm motion characteristicistic,as the function in unusual state that the sperm motion, sperm motion areincongruous, make its movement orbit influenced , cause male fertility to drop.They are important factors of influencing sperm motion characteristic too;④Such external factors as the smoking , drinking , sauna ,etc. will cause spermmovement ability obviously drop, thus influence male infertility.
