The Comparation And Analysis Of 4 Kinds Of Drug Which Used As Infusing Drug For The Patients Suffered Bladder Tumor After Surgery

Background:Bladder tumor is the most frequent malignant tumor in urinarysystem and the attack rate is becoming ascenting and ascenting.Infusingtreatment is the most effective metod after surgery to prevent recurring.So it isthe hot point to find a more effective infusing method or a more effectiveinfusing drug.Objective:To compare and analysis curative effect and adverse reaction offour frequently used infusing drug for superficial bladder tumor when theywere used alone and associatively.Method:Divide 280 patients who had bladder tumor and accepted surgeryinto 6 groups and give them BCG and MMC;BCG;MMC;HPCT andIL-2;HPCT;IL-2,respectively.Use X2 test to analysis curative effect andadcerse reaction among every group.Result:The curative effect of the group which was given BCG and MMC asthe infusing drug are better than the groups which were given BCG and MMCrespectively;and the The curative effect of the group which was given HPCTand IL-2 as the infusing drug are better than the groups which were givedHPCT and IL-2 respectively.Conclusion:The curative effect of the group which gived chemotherapeuticsand immunizing agency as infusing drug to treat the patients who sufferedbladder tumor after surgery are better than the group which givedchemotherapeutics ,immunizing agency,respectively.And there is not anydifferent in the comparation of adverse reaction.
