Objective: research the normal anatomy of the articulatio coxae andprovid the anatomic foundation and precise data for articulatio coxaediseasediagnose and man-made prosth displace operation. Methods:Select 30ambi-articulatio coxaes that 18-65 years old and was fixed by formalin for1-2 years at random.These articulatio coaxes exclused affection case historyand shape anisotrophy are all normal.Using the tools such as slidingcaliper(accuracy rating 0.02mm), tape rule, coordinate paper,pin, conimeterwith plumb, cylindrical glass, flashlight etal anatomy and measureeuthyphorialy:the dolicho-diameter, brachy-diameter and depth of fossacapitis femoris;the undersurface anteroposterior diameter,depth,volume;thedolicho-diameter and brachy-diameter of capitis femoris ligament(accretingcaput femoris side), the dolicho-diameter and brachy-diameter of basalbody,the width and thickness of middle,the length of capitis femoris ligament;the wildth ,length and altitude of ligament transversum acetabuli;thethickness,wildth and length of trochal convolutal ligament;the thickness,proximum,middle and basal body wildth and length of superior branch andinferior branch of Bigelows Y-ligament;the thickness, proximum,middle andbasal body wildth and length of ischiocapsular ligament;the thickness,proximum,middle and basal body wildth and length of nterpubic ligament;anteroposterior diameter and altitude of caput femoris,the length of collumfemoris, the camera pulpi wildth upper entotrochanter 2 cm;the camerapulpi wildth of entotrochanter;the camera pulpi wildth below entotrochanter2 cm;angle of anterior tilt and abd. of acetabular;cotyloid. the area andaccounting articular capsula area of the Mscl of Coveraging articular capsule(gluteal muscle, musculus piriformis, external obturator muscle andsupraseedal and hyposeedal muscle, musculus quadratus femoris, iliopsoas,musculus rectus femoris, fascia lata, musculus pectineus, external obturatormuscle);the area and accounting articular capsula area of the ligamentCoveraging articular capsule(interpubic ligament, Bigelows Y-ligament,ischiocapsular ligament) Results: ⑴the dolicho-diameter, brachy-diameterand depth of fossa capitis femoris: 1.192±0.169cm,1.034±0.023 cm,0.364±0.121 cm;⑵the undersurface anteroposterior diameter,depth: 4.481±0.482 cm,3.033±0.283 cm,angle of anterior tilt of acetabular: 14.5o±0.52o,angle of abd. of acetabular: 44.5o±0.24o. ⑶the dolicho-diameter andbrachy-diameter of capitis femoris ligament(accreting caput femoris side)1.583±0.609 cm,1.006±0.204 cm;the width and thickness of middle1.775±0.657 cm,0.677±0.376 cm;the dolicho-diameter and brachy-diameter ofbasal body: 1.818±0.446 cm,2.061±0.495 cm;the length of capitisfemoris ligament2.416±0.230 cm;⑷the wildth ,length and altitude ofligament transversum acetabul:0.766±0.127 cm,2.376±0.667 cm,1.291±0.422 cm。⑸he thickness,wildth and length of trochal convolutal ligament9.942±0.827 cm,1.001±0.217 cm,0.721±0.184 cm,⑹the length andthickness of inferior branch of Bigelows Y-ligament: 5.399±0.528 cm,0.569±0.143 cm;proximum,middle and basal body wildth: 2.101±0.313cm,2.223±0.225 cm,2.077±0.203 cm:the length and thickness ofsuperior branch of Bigelows Y-ligament: 4.002±0.659 cm,0.878±0.128cm,proximum,middle and basal body wildth: 1.547±0.311 cm,1.696±0.398 cm,1.718±0.383 cm,⑺the length and thickness of ischiocapsularligament: 2.358±0.491 cm,0.487±0.136 cm;proximum,middle and basalbody wildth: 1.318±0.385 cm,2.243±0.084 cm,3.311±0.125 cm,⑻thelength and thickness of nterpubic ligament: 2.895±0.428 cm,0.261±0.141cm;proximum,middle and basal body wildth: 1.519±0.295 cm,1.550±0.263 cm,1.661±0.271 cm,⑼anteroposterior diameter of caput femoris:4.98±0.38 cm,the length of collum femoris: 4.45±0.40 cm,altitude ofcaput femoris: 5.56±3.52 cm,the camera pulpi left and right wildth upperentotrochanter 2 cm;4.30±4.9 cm,circa wildth1.95±3.2 cm,the camerapulpi wildth below entotrochanter 2 cm: 2.02±2.7 cm, the wildth ofcamera pulpi entotrochanter : 2.58±0.29 cm。⑽the area and accountingarticular capsula area of the Mscl of Coveraging articular capsule: area ofgluteal muscle: 13.83±2.13 cm2,percentage of Coveraging articular capsule:20.78 %±1.32%;area of musculus piriformis: 7.13±2.19 cm2,percentageof Coveraging articular capsule: 10.71%±0.65%;area of internal obturatormuscle and supraseedal and hyposeedal muscle: 4.32±0.63 cm2,percentage ofCoveraging articular capsule: 6.49%±1.57%;area of musculus quadratusfemoris: 5.64±2.21 cm2,percentage of Coveraging articular capsule: 8.47%±1.48%;area of iliopsoas: 10.17±2.79 cm2,percentage of Coveragingarticular capsule: 15.28%±2.98%;area of musculus rectus femoris: 10.50±1.65 cm2,percentage of Coveraging articular capsule: 15.78%±2.38%;area of musculus tensor fasciae latae: 5.70±2.20 cm2,percentage ofCoveraging articular capsule: 8.56%±2.46%;area of musculus pectineusand external obturator muscle: 6.77±1.67 cm2,percentage of Coveragingarticular capsule:: 10.17%±1.52%。⑾the area and accounting articularcapsula area of the ligament Coveraging articular capsule: area of interpubicligament: 4.27±2.55 cm2,percentage of Coveraging articular capsule::11.43%±2.45%;area of Bigelows Y-ligament ramus superior:5.96±2.98cm2,percentage of Coveraging articular capsule:: 11.43%±2.45%;area ofBigelows Y-ligament inferior branch: 6.27±0.15 cm2,percentage ofCoveraging articular capsule:: 12.02%±1.38%;area of ischiocapsularligament: 8.22±1.96 cm2,percentage of Coveraging articular capsule::15.76%±2.37%。Conclusion: From clinical anatomy view, regardingarticulatio coxae as research object.Summarizing a great quantitydata ,making morphology surveying and statistics delineation of thenormal anatomy structure of articulatio coxae , explaining the significanceof the capitis femoris ligament. Priveding generous and dependable datafor the disease of articulatio coxae inclusing congenital dislocation of hip,femoral neck fracture, artificial hip joint replacement there is a lot directivesignificance to the treatment of clinical surgery(clinical surgery replacement )...
