Endometrial cancer was the cancer which resourced from theendometrium.It was frequent gynecological and gential tracttumor.Now,endometrial cancer incidence rate upgrades gradually.Someimportant risk factors,such as long-term estrin exposure,no breeding,earliermenarche,later menopause,fat,to take tamoxifen,masculine family medicalhistory,promoted endometrial cancer happeniss.Before now,some scholarsresearched the cause of endometrial cancer,but none can completelyilluminate the exact the cause.ET could strengthen blood vessel,cadiocyte andsmooth muscle cell to contract and promote neuroendocrine.Recentyears,investigation has manifested that ET was powerful differentiate agentand cell growth factor.It can make cells caryocinesis and control cancer cellmultiplication.This article discussed the relationship between ET andendometrial cancer through determining the ET content in the blood plasma ofendometrial cancer patients.Objective:To study the content of ET in the blood plasma of endometrialcancer patients and to explore the correlation between the content of ET andearly diagnosis,staging,cancer size,glandula lymphatica aversion,tissuetyping and recidivation.Methods:Random selection 79 distinct staging patients of endometrialcancer and 40 normal endometrium women who were regarded as controlgroup.To determin the content of ET by radioimmunoassay,if the content ofET exceeded 58.38 pg/ml,consequences were masculine.We analyzed the datathrough x2 test,it had significant difference when p<0.05/0.01.Results:1 The masculine rate of ET in the blood plasma of â…  stagingendometrial cancer patients was higher than normal endometrium women'co-ntent of ET with the difference being significant.2 To compare with masculine rate of ET of endometrial cancer patientsbefore operation:45 patients(57%)were masculine,34 patients(43%)werenegative in 79 endometrial cancer patients.3 The masculine rate of ET in the advanced stage endometrial cancerpatients'blood plasma was higher than in the earlier stage patients'bloodplasma with the difference being significant.If patients'cancer size exceeded 2centimeter,the masculine rate of ET was higher than the control grouppatients' with the difference being significant.4 The masculine rate of ET in the blood plasma of endometrial cancerpatients with glandula lymphatica aversion was higher than the control grouppatients' with the difference being significant.5 The masculine rate of ET before operation wasn't correlated withtissue typing of endometrial cancer.6 10 recidivists'ET was masculine before operation,then was negativeafter operation.When recidivation the content of ET increased.The masculine rate of ET in the blood plasma of 47â… stagingendometrialcancer patients was higher than 40 normal endometrium women'content ofET with the difference being significant,which cued that to detect the contentof ET in the blood plasma of endometrial cancer patients was useful todiagnose early.Amony 79 patients,masculine rate of ET ofâ… ,â…¡,â…¢,â…£staging endometrial cancer patients were 42.55%,60.00%,85.71%,87.50%.The masculine rate of ET in the advanced stage endometrial cancerpatients'blood plasma was higher than in the earlier stage patients'bloodplasma.The masculine rate(68.89%) of ET of patients whose cancer sizeexceeded 2 centimeter was higher than the control group patients'(41.18%)with the difference being significant.In 14 patients with glandula lymphaticaaversion,patients whose ET were masculine were 12 and the masculine ratewas 85.71%.The masculine rate with glandula lymphatica aversion was higherthan the control group patients'with the difference being significant.So todetect the content of ET,bindingCT,Bsupravital,was one of available methodsthrough which we could access staging,cancer size,glandula lymphaticaaversion and decideoperationamplitude based on .Following-up 60 patientsfor 6-24 months,10 recidivists'ET was masculine before operation,then wasnegative after operation.When recidivation the content of ETincreased.Therefore,patients whose ET was masculine before operation weredetected after operation,which was possible to discover earlyrecidivation.Investigation indicated that ECE-1 is synthetizing ET-1rate-limiting enzyme and ET produced marked effect by binding ETA-R,so thecontent of ET was adjusted through controlling selective antagon of ETA-Rand the content of ECE-1.This was new way in the domain of treatingendometrial cancer.Conclusion:1 The masculine rate of ET in the blood plasma of â…  stagingendometrial cancer patients was higher than normal endometriumwomen'content of ET,which suggested that to detect the content of ET in theblood plasma of endometrial cancer patients was method of early diagnosisendometrial cancer.2 The masculine rate of ET in the advanced stage endometrial cancerpatients'blood plasma was higher than in the earlier stage patients'bloodplasma.If patients'cancer size exceeded 2 cm,the masculine rate of ET washigher than the control group's.Then,to detect the content ofET was good tocomprehend pathogenetic condition.3 The masculine rate of ET in the blood plasma of endometrial cancerpatients with glandula lymphatica aversion was higher than the controlgroup's,which cued that to detect the content of ET was one of availablemethods through which we could assess glandula lymphatica aversion and wecould decide operation amplitude based on.4 The masculine rate of ET before operation wasn't correlated with tissuetyping of endometrial cancer.We should continue to research after increasingcases.5 To detect the content of ET after operation was possible to discoverearly recidivation.
