Study On Relationship Of Antitrophoblast Antibody And Circulating Immune Complexes With Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Regnancy And Its Degree

Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is a multi-gene disease, of which the exact mechanism is still unknown . In recent years, people pay more attention to the relationship of immune factors and the disease.The placenta communicates with maternal blood by villous trophoblast layer.The layer of trophoblast is the direct target organ of maternal immune recognization and response.Patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy have an overload of trophoblast antigen,which leads to immune imbalance.And patients produce a lot of antitrophoblast antibodies .These antibodies combine with fallen trophoblast menbrane antigen in blood,together with other antibody and antigen, coming into being circulating immune complexes,which cause immune injury and lead to pathological pregnancy.Untill now,people have already confirmed that antitrophoblast antibody lead to abortion.Antibody to trophoblast membrane antigen (TA) can be accurately measured.Its level is easy to determine,and it has no overlapping response with other antibodies such as anti- phospho-lipin and anti- nuclear antibody in those who have immune disorders. Through examining the antitrophoblast antibody level,we confirmed that antitrophoblast antibody in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were much higher than in normal prenant women.
